welp! since the site is just starting out now, we should get some roleplays going, yes yes?

madeline is just a little sweetie-pie - obsessive, antagonistic, paranoid. who wouldn't want to be friends with this little doll? joking aside, mads could really use some friends - she's a lonely little thing, though she wouldn't really act like it. it would be hard to get close to her, though; you'd have to endure her stalking before she really opens up. but after that, it's really simple, actually. if she clears you, she'll immediately let you into her inner circle, even. that is, if you can put up with her constant sarcasm and negative attitude.

enemies would come slightly easier to maddy than friends would. with her constant snooping and following-people-around thing, she tends to get on many peoples' nerves. and what with her absolutely joyful personality, people tend to think she's a bitch - which, she is, don't get me wrong. you could almost describe madeline as territorial; since she's extremely possessive and obsessive, if you try to take or mess with something that she considers hers, she won't hesitate to form a large grudge against you.

and as for romance, well... maybe that wouldn't be the best thing to think about for now? usually, for her to start liking someone in that way, they'd have to be her friend for a while, and have her absolute trust. besides, she prefers to have platonic relationships anyway; she doesn't really believe in true love or any of that nonsense, and doesn't really see anyone in that way anyway. i guess we could think on this more thoroughly when the time comes.

Frenemies :D They probably wouldn't hate each other, but definitely would not be all buddy-buddy either. Misery would be annoyed by Madeline's investigations stalks and wouldn't bother to hear or attempt to understand her reasons for doing it. To her, it'd just be creepy and she'll definitely try to convince Madeline to give it up for a "healthier" hobby. Since Madeline is so paranoid about differs, maybe she could start getting suspicious on Misery? Manipulative as she is, Misery could have used her powers on her at some point to force her into something she was dead-set on not doing. Or something? D: /awkward ending.
