full name: trinity cassandra larkson
nicknames: trin or trinnie
gender: female
age: nineteen
astrological sign: taurus
sexuality: straight
race: human
playby: akane hanasaki, da capo II
family: biological parents; dead, living relatives; aunt margaret and cousin ebony.
back story: trinity was born in new york city, and spent the early years of her childhood there. her parents were both very loving people, who practically spoiled their little angel. her father, though he managed to keep it secret from his wife and daughter, was a differ, and was terrified at the thought that the gene might pass on to his child. but as he watched her grow over the years, showing no sign of supernatural powers, he was reassured his daughter was a normal human. however, in the summer after trinity turned seven, they got into a car crash on the way to a park. luckily, trinity only got away with some cracked ribs and cuts, but her parents weren't so lucky. that was the last time she saw them alive.
after their funeral, trinity was sent to live in jupiter bay with her aunt and cousin. she got along well with both of them, but she still missed her parents dearly. with the myths and rumors of differs floating around the town, trinity was terrified of leaving the house, so she spent most her time reading books, which is mainly how she got to be the bookworm she is today. over time, she gained a little courage so she could go out for little walks and go buy a new book or five, and when she was eighteen, she had the courage to move out and into an apartment on her own, which is where she lives now.
positive traits:negative traits:
- polite. trinity never forgets her manners in any situation. she's polite to anyone that happens to pass her on the street; she likes to be nice and helpful, and will help out even the creepiest of strangers if she had enough willpower.
- nice. trinity tries her hardest not to seem mean or antagonistic to anyone, no matter how much they upset her or creep her out. she forces herself to be exceedingly helpful and gentle, sometimes coming off as pushy and beating herself up over it later.
- positive. trinity always sees the glass as half full. she likes to always turn to the bright side of things instead of looking at the shadows. she tries to make the best out of everything, even if she's just sitting on a pile of shit.
- smart. since she's basically a shut-in she spends her time sleeping or reading books. she was a straight-a student in high school, though she hasn't applied to any colleges yet. she knows a lot from the various books she reads, so if you have a question, she probably knows the answer.
- even-tempered. trinity tries hard not to get mad at anything, and mostly, she succeeds. mostly when she's upset she just cries about it; though, if someone speaks ill of her departed parents, she'll easily get annoyed and tell them off.
interests:
- extremely shy. the poor dear, trinity is really shy and not very good with people. she tries to make herself more social, but most of the time she just blushes and stumbles when she's spoken to.
- easily frightened. trinity is... well, she's a huge scardy-cat. she's scared of practically everything; small places, the dark, heights, bugs, loud noises, and a lot of other things, too. she can't go outside without something scaring the crap out of her.
- clumsy. she's not exactly a little ballerina; though she tried when she was young. trinity was just too clumsy. you can blame this on poor eyesight; she's supposed to wear glasses, but she thinks she looks stupid in them, and only uses them for reading, and not in public.
- oblivious. trinity can be a little air-headed from time to time, especially when she's absorbed in a book. she won't notice until she bumps in to someone, or until someone tells her that she's burning the breakfast. because of this, she's a terrible cook.
- lazy. trinity, when she doesn't have anything new to read, will prefer to spend her days lounging about in her bed, sleeping the days away. sometimes it takes more than a loud alarm clock to get her up in the morning.
- self-depreciative. trinity has a very low self-esteem and high standards, so she doesn't think that anything that she does or makes is good, even if it is.
most of the time, it's not, though- upset easily. it doesn't take much to make trinity cry; in fact, it's almost too easy. make fun of her or something she likes, and she'll burst into tears, no problem.
- reading. trinity loves to read; if she has an enticing book, she won't set it down, eat, sleep or move until she's finished or someone makes her put it down. she has a large collection of books scattered around; her apartment is basically one big library.
- acoustic guitar. it's something she picked up from her father when she was little. after they died, trinity inherited her father's guitar, and she's taught herself how to play it little by little. she's surprisingly good at it.
- gardening. trinity loves flowers, and along with the books, she has potted plants placed haphazardly around her apartment, thus it mostly smells strongly of them. she loves to wake up to the smell of pollen in the morning; she's lucky she doesn't have allergies.
- sleeping. if she had her way, trinity would be able to spend her days sleeping while reading, if that were possible. she loves the warm confines of her bed, and having pretty dreams, and it's hard to pull her away from it when the time comes.
